The first and most common and most secure property ownership is the Chanote (Nor Sor 4). This details the property location and size and allows you to develop the property much like you would in your own home country. The second most common title deed in Thailand is the Nor Sor 3 Gor. Unlike the Chanote this is not a full title deed as its boundaries have not been approved as yet by the Land Department in Thailand. This title deed can however be ‘upgraded’ to a full title deed if application for it is made.
